I understand that the primary location for academic services is online, and I can attend my online appointment using the technology that my school or Saddle Up Scholars has provided me.

If I am unable to attend a tutoring session, I will contact my tutor 24 hours prior to my scheduled session to reschedule my session.

If I have repeated unexcused absences, I understand that I may no longer be eligible for academic services, and I may no longer be eligible to attend riding lessons.

I will share my grades and assignments with my tutor each week so that we can plan together for my academic success.

In tutoring sessions, I will demonstrate behavior that is appropriate for learning.

I will complete all of my homework and class assignments each week and will share my progress with my tutor.

I understand that my tutor is assigned to help me improve my study skills. My tutor will not be held responsible for grades that I receive. The tutoring sessions are in addition to my own independent work and coursework completion.

I approve Saddle Up Scholars to use my photo for social media and promotion purposes.
