Saddle Up Scholars is thrilled to begin our partnership with the Work to Ride program based out of Philadelphia. As one of the nation’s most well-known equestrian outreach programs, Work to Ride offers under-resourced youth the opportunity to earn horsemanship and horseback riding lessons in exchange for barn chores to collectively help run their historic Chamounix Equestrian Center. With a particular focus on producing polo players, Work to Ride has an outstanding record of college-bound riders who continually attend some of our country’s top schools. We are excited to extend our academic enrichment and guidance services to Work to Ride as their students tackle their schoolwork while traveling to polo games and navigating the challenges of college testing and applications.
